These Mutsu Crispin apples are from Prevedelli Farms in Watsonville, CA. The Mutsu Apple (also known as the Crispin) was first introduced in Japan in 1948. They are a cross between Golden Delicious and Newtown Pippin apples.. they are a perfect blend of sweet and tart. They are a family favorite of ours for several generations and the favorite of the farm.
